Educational Goals: To discuss the important and practical business and tax aspects of various international activities. To do this, the 4 hour seminar will discuss specific countries’ stock compensation regimes; international aspects of uncertain tax positions (UTPs);  and the future of cost sharing and IP migration.
   
Learning Objectives:
