Avaloq is launching a new solution on the market with Cost & Fee Analytics. According to a press release, this has been designed to support front office staff that interact with clients when it comes to the discount negotiation and renewal process.
The new solution is based on “powerful data analytics”. It simulates new discounts or product offerings and helps deliver a precise, transparent evaluation of the impact. This enables bank employees and asset managers to report decisions back to clients in a far quicker time.
“It helps front-line staff to deliver better and faster service to their clients, particularly sophisticated high net worth ones that want bespoke solutions,” says Martin Greweldinger, Group Chief Product Officer at Avaloq. Cost & Fee Analytics has reportedly already been presented at two conferences in Zurich and Singapore.
Avaloq has its headquarters in Zurich, where it also runs a research and development center.
