Carbon Delta wins fintech award

Carbon Deltaannounced that it has won the Risk, Intelligence & Security award at the European Fintech Awards 2017. European fintech companies were nominated by stakeholders, users and experts for this award. Public voting and expert assessments produced a list of the best 100 European fintech firms, and the top three from nine categories presented their business models at the finales in Brussels last week. The jury named Carbon Delta one of the winners.

Carbon Delta was represented in the finales by its co-founder, Elke Schaper. During her ten-minute pitch, she succeeded in impressing the panel of judges, which consisted of seasoned investors, academics, innovation leaders and bankers. 

The event provided Carbon Delta with the opportunity to further develop its network, and it is very excited to be recognized as an innovative company with this prestigious award.

The Zurich-based company analyses the hidden costs that arise from climate change, allowing its clients to protect assets, improve performance and reach sustainability goals.
