Zurich – The Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH) is one of the best universities for career-driven students. It scooped 15th place in the QS Graduate Employability Ranking.

Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) has published its latest Graduate Employability Ranking, which rates the relationship between university choice and future career. The ETH Zurich came 15th out of 500 universities, with QS declaring it a leader in producing employable students. 

The University of Zurich (90th place) also made it into the top 100, while five other Swiss universities feature in the overall ranking: St.GallenBaselGenevaLausanne and Bern. Topping the ranking are the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford University and the University of California (UCLA).

The QS Graduate Employability Ranking is designed to help parents and students choose a university based on potential employability. To rank the universities, it looks at five indicators: employer reputation, alumni achievements, workplace partnerships, student-employer links and the unemployment rate among graduates.
