InfoGuard opens new Cyber Defense Center

InfoGuard is growing in spatial terms too: The company has now inaugurated a new, modern Cyber Defense Center (CDC) at its headquarters in Baar in the canton of Zug. Following a construction period of three months, the company now occupies an area of 550 square meters - nearly double the previous footprint of the complex. In addition, after moving into a neighboring building, the company has increased the office space at its disposal to more than 2,800 square meters, while a spacious customer and meeting area has been created in the lobby as well.

With this development, the cyber protection specialist is responding to “sharply rising demand”, further details of which can be found in a press release: “With the new CDC, we are heralding a new era and striving to achieve further growth in the areas of cyber defense and managed security services”, explains Ernesto Hartmann, Chief Cyber Defense Officer, in the press release, before adding: “We will continue to systematically expand this”.

In celebrating this “milestone”, the company is investing in the future and further growth in a targeted manner, according to CEO Thomas Meier. He adds: “It is very important to us to continue strengthening our Baar location and outstanding corporate culture over the long term”.

With more than 70 employees, InfoGuard offers services including managed detection and incident response at its certified CDC. Moreover, the company operates a proprietary Operations Center as well.
