Zurich - Properti has received a total of 10 million francs from investors over the past 12 months. The proptech from the Greater Zurich Area was also able to bring on board a new backer in PostFinance Ventures. The proceeds will be used to develop its Propchain platform.

Properti AG has successfully concluded its financing round. Over the past few years, it has raised around 10 million francs, as the Zurich proptech reported in a press release. Alongside existing investors such as Migros and Serpentine VenturesPostFinance Ventures also invested in Properti. The startup specialising in services for the real estate sector will be using the proceeds to expand and scale up its Propchain platform. 

“Properti’s innovative platform is a long-term solution that helps improve efficiency and transparency in the real estate market,” explained Christian Renner, an investor at PostFinance Ventures, in the press release. “We are impressed with the team and business model and look forward to being part of the company’s growth story in future.”

Alongside traditional real estate agent services, Properti also provides services beyond the purchase and sale of property. Founded in 2019, the company brokers with partners able to support customers with their move or any necessary renovation works. Properti currently has 140 employees across its 12 sites in Switzerland. hs
