Sublimd is developing a software platform for the health sector. As four alumni from the University of Zurich are behind the company, sublimd has now received the UZH Startup Label.

Sublimd health software platform from Greater Zurich

Startup company sublimd was founded in 2016 by three medics and one computer scientist in the canton of Zug. Marc Herzog, Reto Kaul, Thomas Kaul and Eric Kuhn are all alumni from the University of Zurich (UZH). Now, they have received the UZH Startup Label, announced a statement. Any startups affiliated with the university are eligible to apply for the label. 

Sublimd is developing a universal software platform for digital healthcare applications. It can amalgamate and process structured data from patients, specialists and third parties. According to the company, the aim is to reduce administrative work in hospitals, boost quality of care and accelerate clinical trials.  

For the platform, sublimd won several awards over the past year. In 2019, it was awarded the Zinno-Ideencheck, worth 15,000 Swiss francs, from zentralschweiz innovativ.
