Utrust allows flight bookings with digital currencies

Utrust and Alternative Airlines have announced that they are working together to allow customers of Alternative Airlines to pay for flights with all major forms of cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, DASH, DigiByte and even Utrust’s own UTK.

“Utrust is providing Alternative Airlines’ customers with the increased security and convenience of cryptocurrency payments, and reducing processing fees, to bring greater transparency and trust to the world of online payments,” said Utrust CEO Nuno Correia.

Utrust is a Zug-based start-up whose goal is to expand the use of payments with digital currencies. Its solutions are designed to make it easier and more secure to pay with cryptocurrencies.

Founded in 2006, Alternative Airlines is an online travel agency that allows customers to book flights with over 650 airlines. It is headquartered near Gatwick Airport in Horley, UK.
