Vontobel will use its new portal to provide relevant market data, facts, market commentaries and opinions on transactions on the equity capital market as well as on public takeover offers, according to a statement announcing the platform’s launch.
One of the core elements will be up-to-date information from the MarketCap Report, which is published on an annual basis. In addition to articles by Vontobel’s own experts, there will also be third-party content from external specialists on current regulatory issues. Visitors to the platform can filter information and use interactive charts to analyse static data.
“With our new information portal, we want to promote dialogue and foster knowledge of corporate finance,” said Hanspeter Gehrer, head of Vontobel Corporate Finance.
