Baar ZG – A chain of clinics in Germany has signed a new long-term contract with Ascom. It will run for ten years and totals 1.2 million Swiss francs overall.

The technology company Ascom, based in Baar and with a focus on the German healthcare sector, has extended its service contract with a German clinic chain. According to a press release, the contract has been agreed for a period on ten years and amounts to 1.2 million Swiss francs in total.

The press release explains that the chain of clinics, which has opted to remain anonymous, operates institutions such as psychiatric and forensic departments. It uses the Ascom DECT communications system to guarantee safety in the workplace and is equipped with personal emergency system signals.

“We are very pleased to further strengthen this important long-term customer relationship”, comments Valerio Signorelli, Managing Director of Ascom for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region, in the press release. He adds: “The performance of Ascom's communication and alarm solutions ensures that the safety of employees in the workplace continues to be optimally protected”.
