Schaffhausen – The software firm Acronis is strengthening its offering in the area of cybersecurity. To this end, it is planning to open a new Cyber Protection Operation Center in the Greater Zurich Area. This is aimed at producing solutions for the economic area of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Acronis is planning to open a new Cyber Protection Operation Center (CPOC) in Schaffhausen, as detailed in a press release. According to the information presented by the company, this should serve as a type of commando headquarters for the economic area of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

The expertise generated by the experts situated at the CPOC should help developers at Acronis to devise new solutions.
