Stäfa/Dubai - Beaconsmind has started a collaboration with the BFL Group, a Dubai-based global retailer. The location-related marketing analyses provided by beaconsmind, which is based in the Greater Zurich Area, will initially be used in the United Arab Emirates before being extended to cover additional national markets.

Beaconsmind, based in Stäfa in the canton of Zurich, is now working with the Dubai-based BFL Group. The company’s existing partnership with the Seed Group, owned by Sheikh Saeed Bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, a member of the ruling family of Dubai, opened the door to this new collaboration.

The globally leading off-price retailer in the fashion, gaming and household goods sectors will initially use the solutions developed by beaconsmind for location-related marketing analyses across several stores in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In the near future, the collaboration will be expanded to cover additional country markets in which the BFL Group operates, further details of which can be found in a press release issued by beaconsmind. In total, the BFL Group operates around 80 stores in the UAE, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Malta

According to the press release, beaconsmind will support the BFL Group’s efforts to link its offers in brick-and-mortar retail with those in the e-commerce domain via the beaconsmind Suite software. In addition, the BFL Group can now derive insights for its offer strategy from all location-related data pertaining to its app users.

“Only a few weeks after we strengthened our sales team in Middle East and India, among others, we can already report a significant new client success”, comments Max Weiland, Chief Executive Officer of beaconsmind, in the press release. “The BFL Group is already one of the world's leading off-price retailers and continues to expand. We are very pleased to be able to accompany them and provide dynamic growth impulses with our solutions”, he adds.
