Zug/Zurich - The IT specialist Inacta and the global strategy consulting firm Roland Berger are keen to jointly develop solutions in the areas of Web3 and digital assets for the business world. Both partners envisage cooperating on many projects in the future.

The Inacta Group from Zug and the Zurich-based Roland Berger are in future to work closely together in the areas of digital assets and Web3 venture building for their clients. As the new partners announce in a press release, once they have realized projects for the German utility giant E.On and an unnamed pharma and consumer goods enterprise based in Switzerland, they are planning to closely cooperate on many more joint Web3 projects in the future.

Inacta has a venture building arm that focuses on blockchain-capable business models. In addition, according to information from Inacta itself, the IT company based in Crypto Valley has already implemented numerous projects in the areas of digital assets and Web3 for customers such as AXA, Incore Bank, Raiffeisen, Visa and Swiss Post. Inacta is also the initiator of Crypto Oasis, the fastest growing blockchain ecosystem in the world in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

According to Ralf Glabischnig, founder and managing partner of Inacta, as part of this partnership the company intends to combine its Web3 implementation strength with Roland Berger’s strategy consulting expertise as part of this partnership. “For us, it is not about trading of crypto currencies, it is about building infrastructure for tokenization, provenance and digital identities in several areas”, Glabischnig concludes in the press release.

Through this partnership, Roland Berger is keen to expand its portfolio of services in relation to the implementation of Web3 projects. At the same time, the cooperation with Inacta should, according to Pierre Samaties, Global Head of Web3 and Metaverse at Roland Berger, “allow the necessary objectivity to be protocol- and vendor agnostic”. mm
