Raiffeisen Schweiz, isolutions and totemo are moving into the Headquarters & Offices module of The Circle. According to a Zurich Airportpress release, the new tenants decided in favour of the location due to its excellent transport links and flexible use of space, which includes renting any extra space on a flexible, temporary basis as needed, such as coworking areas and conference spaces. Other advantages include services such as a daycare centre and catering outlets.
The airport was also able to secure two new tenants for the House of Health module. Victoria Apotheke Zürich and Neuroth Hörcenter AG will each be renting ground-floor premises.
Construction work on the major real estate project is proceeding according to plan. Three of the six buildings have already reached their final height, and The Circle is still scheduled to open in 2020. The services centre will have up to 180,000 square metres of rentable floor space. Tenants include Microsoft Switzerland.
