Acronis impresses in the area of endpoint security

Acronis has been recognized as a High Performer in the Canalys Endpoint Security Vendor Performance Index for Q1 2022, further details of which can be found in a press release issued by the cyber-security specialist from Schaffhausen. The index, which is published by the Singapore-based market research company for IT solutions, is intended to provide information on significant market shares and market trends in what is known as the endpoint protection industry. Endpoint protection is understood to mean technical solutions with which network end devices are protected against cyber-attacks.

He adds that the recognition from Canalys underlines the need for companies to adopt holistic cyber protection solutions such those offered by Acronis in order “to protect their IT infrastructure in the face of modern cybersecurity threats”.

In the first quarter of 2022, Acronis posted sales growth of +18.8 percent year on year. “Acronis’ position as a high performer in our Endpoint Security Vendor Performance Index is a testament to the company’s stellar market performance and outstanding offerings”, explains Alex Smith, Vice President of Canalys, in the press release.
