Zurich - The second EthereumZuri.ch conference will celebrate Ethereum's 10th anniversary. Since it was founded, the Greater Zurich Area has established itself as a global hub for the blockchain industry. Hundreds of participants will attend the conference, which will take place from April 5 to 7 at the University of Zurich.

The second Ethereum community conference, EthereumZuri.ch, will be held from April 5 to 7 at the University of Zurich (UZH) and bring together over 500 participants from the local and global blockchain ecosystem. According to a press release, hundreds of industry experts, entrepreneurs, local and international liquidity providers, venture capital firms and up-and-coming Ethereum startups will attend a program of fringe events held throughout the week.

As at the first of these three-day events, which was held in 2023, the focus this year will again be on enriching the community and promoting an innovative atmosphere. The interactive groups, workshops and podium discussions will cater to participants with differing levels of knowledge and will help develop Ethereum and blockchain technology.

The press release highlights the particularly supportive and dynamic environment that the Greater Zurich Area has offered to the blockchain industry from the outset. There are good reasons why the region has become home to numerous prominent crypto projects, companies and organizations, and this is also reflected in the fact that the first headquarters of Ethereum was established in Zug.

The University of Zurich Blockchain Center is once again hosting and co-organizing the upcoming EthereumZuri.ch conference. According to the press release, it is one of Switzerland’s largest academic initiatives and works together with the Ethereum Foundation. In 2022, UZH was named the best European university for blockchain and the third best worldwide. Duct Tape will once again act as co-organizer for the event. ce/mm
