Zurich - The publishing trade magazine kress pro has included Netcetera’s publishing software Forward Publishing, the team behind it and the Forward Publishing editor Livingdocs in its top ten digital agencies and tools for publishers in the German-speaking region. Both companies come from the Greater Zurich Area.

According to a press release from Netcetera, kress pro has awarded the Forward Publishing software in four categories. This software created by the IT service provider from Zurich supports media companies in digitizing their content. In this year’s ranking from the trade magazine, Netcetera is one of the ten most important digital agencies for publishers in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. The award is based on a survey of the 100 (Germany) and 25 (Austria, Switzerland) online offerings with the highest reach.

Companies can quickly integrate the Forward Publishing cloud platform into their existing publishing IT, so Netcetera enables publishers and editorial teams to build a future-proof digital newsroom. Large media companies such as Berliner Verlag, Bauer and Aschendorff already rely on Forward Publishing.

Netcetera’s partner also based in Zurich, the Forward Publishing editor Livingdocs, made it into the top ten in the kress pro rating for the best editorial system for newspapers, magazines and digital offerings. This feat of being in all three categories was achieved exclusively by Livingdocs.

Numerous media companies, such as the participating NZZ and DuMont, appreciate the scalability of Livingdocs, the digital-first concept and the clear user interface. “We support publishers in bringing their business into the online world of the 21st century,” says Livingdocs CEO Gabriel Hase in the Netcetera press release. “Media make a crucial contribution to a functioning democracy”.
