Zurich – Tradeplus24 has won the Swiss WMC Award in the “innovation” category at this year’s Swiss WCM Summit in Zurich. The fintech company from the Greater Zurich Area was recognized for its financing solution for Swiss SMEs.

According to Tradeplus24 (TP24), the jury was particularly impressed with the high degree of innovation of its financing solution. In contrast to competing products, SMEs with Tradeplus 24 are not dependent on a direct connection with the investor. Rather, the Zurich-based fintech company and its partners Credit Suisse and Kessler & Co AG use the global debtors’ ledger of the SMEs as collateral. In return, the SMEs are granted an unrestricted line of credit.

The Swiss WCM Awards are presented annually at the Swiss WCM Summit, an industry event on working capital management. A jury headed up by the University of St.Gallen, Swiss Post and PostFinance chooses winners in the categories “performance excellence” and “innovation”.

Ben James, CEO of Tradeplus 24, calls the award “another major milestone for TP24 and important recognition of our mission to support SMEs in optimizing their working capital management”.
