Crypto assets to be available on traditional capital market

Although the market for crypto assets continues to grow, it has so far been separate from the traditional capital market. This is now set to change: the newly founded company GENTWO DIGITAL AG will make it possible for the first time to display crypto assets as bankable financial products with a Swiss ISIN (International Securities Identification Number). According to a press release, this will make it easier to invest in tokens and crypto portfolios.

Based in Zug, GENTWO DIGITAL AG is a new joint venture from GENTWO and inacta. GENTWO, which is located in Zurich, specializes in independent securitization of financial products, and inacta is a blockchain service provider.

GENTWO founder Patrick Loepfe will be the chairman of the board of directors of GENTWO DIGITAL AG. GENTWO will make the set-up available that is required for the independent securitization of crypto aseets and their issuing as financial products. Marco Bumbacher and Ralf Glabischnig, both managing partners at Inacta, will deal with connecting the new offer to the crypto community. As a result, GENTWO DIGITAL will be connected to a pool of more than 600 blockchain businesses from Crypto Valley.
