Moreover, all survey participants felt welcome as trainees and take the view that Empa “offers excellent training opportunities overall”. At 97 percent, the trainees particularly emphasized the support for their own professional development.
“Thanks to the great commitment of our motivated vocational trainers, we were able to continue vocational training at Empa to practically the usual extent even during the two challenging COVID years and to offer our trainees close support”, explains David Heusser, vocational training coordinator at Empa, in the press release. “The very positive feedback from our trainees confirms that Empa is in a position to guarantee excellent quality of training and that we are on the right track with our various activities and offers”, he concludes.
