Zurich/Oaks – The Zurich-based company Novus Partners is now part of SEI. With Novus’s analysis platform, the American investment advisor can provide large institutional investors and asset managers with a complete front-to-back office solution for all asset classes.

On Friday, SEI announced its acquisition of the Zurich-based company Novus Partners. Novus operates a global portfolio intelligence platform. According to a press release, this should expand SEI’s capabilities both for institutional investors and for the investment management market.

Novus’s platform will operate under the name SEI Novus in future. According to the information provided, it rationalizes data management, performance measurement, reporting, attribution and look-through analysis in a single tool. Supplementing SEI’s Enhanced CIO Platform with this data management and analysis function will contribute to meeting the needs of the markets that SEI serves. This means that SEI can provide large institutional investors and asset managers with a complete front-to-back office solution for all asset classes.

Because SEI provides many of the crucial data that our clients rely on to consume analytics within Novus, we believe institutional investors will finally get the one-stop platform they’ve been craving.

He adds: “We believe the combination of SEI Novus’ front-end analytics capabilities with our extensive middle- and back-office investment processing capabilities and knowledge of institutional markets ultimately delivers that solution.”

CEO of Novus Andrea Gentilini is certain that there is no better partner for Novus than the company headquartered in Oaks, Pennsylvania, saying: “Because SEI provides many of the crucial data that our clients rely on to consume analytics within Novus, we believe institutional investors will finally get the one-stop platform they’ve been craving.
