Herrliberg - Taxo Tool from Dydon AI has now won a second international award. After the Global Sustainable Digital Finance Forum in Zurich, the start-up has now also claimed a prize for its data solution that helps companies comply with the new EU Taxonomy.

The Taxo Tool developed by Dydon AI has been named as the Best Taxonomy Solution for ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) at the ESG Insight Awards 2022 by the A-Team Group, the UK experts for capital market technologies. Awards were presented to both established companies and innovative start-ups that offer exceptional ESG solutions, services and consulting for sustainable financial services.

Taxo Tool is a software solution based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the EU Taxonomy that comes into force from January 2023. It was developed together with the Association of German Public Banks (VÖB) and VÖB Service. The software supports financial institutes and major corporations in their efforts to comply with the new Taxonomy requirements for sustainable business activities and European climate goals.

This award is recognition of Dydon AI’s efforts in digitizing the EU Taxonomy over the past few years, explains Dr. Hans-Peter Güllich, CEO and founder of Dydon AI, in a press release, adding that it allows “financial institutions and companies to automatize a big part of the application process of such a complex compliance issue”.

It was only at the end of September that the company from the canton of Zurich also achieved recognition at the Global Sustainable Digital Finance Forum in Zurich, an international conference for innovative, sustainable approaches in the financial sector. It is organized by Stanford University in California and the University of Zurich, in addition to Innosuisse and partners such as the Impact Finance Forum and the World Bank Group.
